Display Log If conversion stops before completion you may be able to get some clue to the cause by viewing the log file.
If your movie contains more than 32,000 frames only the last 32,000 actions will be displayed.
The most common error, "cannot read from source file", can indicate a variety of issues. If it occurs very early in the file the problem is most likely the video and/or audio codec. Check to see if you have a full read and write version or if the codec is compatible with your operating system. If the error occurs in the middle of your file the cause is likely to be a corrupt index or key. You may be able to re-key AVI and some MPEG files with VirtualDub You may be able to re-index WMV and ASF files with the WMV Indexer If the error occurs at the end you may not have enough drive space. See Troubleshooting for more.
